Claim Management

We will manage any cargo claim. We file the claim on behalf of our customer and engage directly with the carrier or their insurance company. We interview all interested parties including the shipper, consignee, witnesses and the driver. We gather written testimony and reports. We make sure all legal timelines are adhered to in the claim filing process and work closely with our customer in making sure that everything possible is done in bringing appropriate remedy.
